Job Summary

Canada Post is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grande-Vallée and surrounding areas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, processing mail and packages, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process mail and packages, ensuring accurate and efficient handling and delivery.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a variable schedule that may include evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work in a busy retail environment, with frequent interactions with clients and colleagues.
