Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team at Realstar Management. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for conducting tours, qualifying prospective residents, completing lease agreements, collecting rental deposits, and providing exceptional customer service to all potential residents.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate viewings with all prospective resident callers or walk-ins
  • Qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as candidates
  • Tour prospective residents through suites for lease
  • Answer phone calls and give out leasing information as dictated by policy/procedure
  • Shop competition through phone calls and site market surveys
  • Assist with the composition of newspaper advertisements
  • Compile and update listings of available rental units

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with leasing apartments or selling condominiums sales
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
  • Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility
