About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Stress Re-movers as a Furniture Mover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient relocation of furniture and other products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack and unpack goods with care and attention to detail.
  • Transportation and Distribution: Transport and distribute materials and goods to various locations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to lift and move heavy objects, work in various locations, and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and move objects weighing over 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
