About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Inventory Manager to join our team at Rhema Health Products Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory, Operations, Sales, Finance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
