We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Thai Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Thai cuisine, to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize inventory management.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
