Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team at Taco Shell. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant setting, contributing to a vibrant culinary atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Accommodate customers with specific dietary needs, including food allergies.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist in training new team members.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Additional Information- This is a permanent position.
- Working language: English.
- Standard working hours: 35 hours per week.
