Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Icon General Construction Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of construction personnel.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team performance and development.
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Procure or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support construction activities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 hours per week.
