Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at BC LTD. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
