Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. The supervisor will lead, direct, and manage all related operations while ensuring compliance with corporate, plant, and departmental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Safety Management:** Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by developing and implementing CNH safety protocols and regulations.
2. **Root Cause Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive analyses of equipment failures stemming from emergency work orders.
3. **Maintenance Strategy:** Strategically implement various maintenance types, including breakdown, time-based, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.
4. **Technical Reporting:** Prepare detailed technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance activities.
5. **Repair Coordination:** Prioritize repair requests, communicate any delays or issues, and maintain an inventory of spare parts.
6. **Subcontractor Management:** Schedule and oversee subcontracted work as necessary, ensuring seamless maintenance support.
7. **Budget Administration:** Develop and manage a thorough maintenance budget for the facility, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
8. **Team Leadership:** Actively participate in management teams, contributing to strategic planning, organizational development, and budget management.
9. **Employee Development:** Foster positive employee relations and develop team members through coaching and training.
10. **Human Resource Functions:** Conduct HR activities, including employee selection, performance reviews, and policy administration.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Management or Engineering, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least five years of experience in Maintenance or Facilities Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyze data related to budgets and departmental goals.
