Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

ONTARIO SKY JUMP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Monitor and track work orders, ensuring completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs and estimate material requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports, inventory records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
