About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Synergy Pharmaplus Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business growth and development.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior operations or leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to work independently and under pressure; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
