Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards, and identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures, and that all necessary safety measures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other construction software.
