Job Title: Network Firewall Administrator

NavitsPartners is seeking a highly skilled Network Firewall Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Manage Network Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage TCP/IP networks and firewall routing policies to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Perimeter Security Expertise: Evaluate and implement perimeter security measures based on organizational requirements, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Coordination: Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and coordination with stakeholders, providing timely and effective solutions to network performance issues.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tuning and rebooting of security devices, to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Network Performance Analysis: Analyze network performance issues and traffic patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize network infrastructure.
  • Firewall and DMZ Management: Monitor and adjust Firewall/DMZ infrastructure and packet filtering systems to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Dell and VMware technologies, as well as experience in incident response and security expertise.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to client locations on short notice, as required.
