About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background to join our team. If you are passionate about solving unstructured business problems using data, we would like to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, product management, and data science teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops to build omni-channel marketing product strategies.
  • Provide consulting services to clients on roadmap development and project plans for marketing frameworks and data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee program management for the marketing analytics team, ensuring the planning and implementation of various projects.
  • Report status to senior leadership on various projects, clearly articulating challenges, roadblocks, and benefits.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms to generate insights for marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board is a plus.
  • Pharma and/or digital marketing background is preferred.
  • Consulting experience is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
