Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
This position is situated in a dynamic retail setting, requiring the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise.
- Authorize product returns and handle customer inquiries.
- Create and maintain employee work schedules.
- Engage in direct sales and assist customers with their purchases.
- Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory and store displays.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 employees.
Basic security clearance is required to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Work Conditions- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Physical stamina for walking and managing store activities.
- Dependable and organized.
- Client-focused with a flexible approach.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week, conducted primarily in English.
