Job Title: Manager - Clinical Practice and Professional Development

Join the Yukon Government team as a Manager - Clinical Practice and Professional Development. This is a permanent, full-time position working 75 bi-weekly hours.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical practice and professional development programs that promote excellence in healthcare service delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, project management, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical practice and professional development programs that align with the Yukon Government's healthcare strategy
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive healthcare innovation and improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve program goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, public health)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, project management, or quality improvement
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational change
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policy, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
