E-Commerce Brand Advocate and Analyst

The Brand Advocate Program at Home Depot is a unique opportunity for supplier partners to invest in a dedicated Analyst who works closely with the vendor to optimize their e-commerce and interconnected experience.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: As the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, you will build strong relationships and drive strategic decisions. You will work with vendors and internal teams to prioritize e-commerce projects, including new product onboarding, content enrichment, and deep-dive analysis.
- Data-Driven Insights: You will leverage your e-commerce expertise and analytical skills to create dashboards and run reports that provide actionable insights to vendors. Your goal is to tell a clear and concise story to vendors using data, helping them make informed decisions.
- Account Coordination: As part of account management, you will create tickets, follow up on project status with internal teams, and assist with populating forms for back-end data quality.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively via charts and graphs. Confident presenting to large groups (20+ attendees) and engaging storytelling skills.
- Data Analytics and E-Commerce Expertise: Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics and best practices. Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics tools an asset.
- Organization and Project Management: Ability to prioritize projects with a high volume of competing requests and work independently in ambiguous situations without a clear roadmap.
- Hybrid work arrangement, with occasional commuting to Home Depot SSC and GTA stores when required.
- 3-5 years of related experience required.
- Internal candidates must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and performance management code requirements.
