Job Title: Laundry and Dry Cleaning Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry and Dry Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry and dry cleaning services, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a strong work ethic
