We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Leap Tools Inc. as a Visualizer Expert. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing visualizer integrations throughout the entire life cycle of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visualizer integrations from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with our customers' systems.
- Collaborate with our Professional Services team to deliver exceptional visualizer experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Design and implement elegant, maintainable, and scalable visualizer solutions that drive business results for our customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Work closely with the Project Operations Manager to create and maintain processes, templates, and documentation that support project delivery.
- Engage as a mentor and subject matter expert within the Technical Project Management and Professional Services teams.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively, even in ambiguous circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members to deliver results.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment, promoting a teamwork mentality and driving business outcomes.
- Able to define and document clear deliverables, and identify roles and responsibilities of project members.
- Good understanding of web technologies, including single-page applications, cookies, web views in native applications, HTML, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages.
