Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at Elite Home Stucco Ltd. as a key member of our wall finishing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure a strong bond between plaster and surface.
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required.
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency to achieve the perfect blend.
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim to add a touch of elegance to our projects.
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings to create a unique and functional finish.
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces that withstand the elements.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Client focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
