We are seeking a skilled Stucco Specialist to join our team at Elite Home Stucco Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable finish. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights and handle heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities- Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
- Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
- Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure a strong bond
- Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat as required
- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
- Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
- Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
- Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
- Work at heights and in confined spaces
- Handle heavy loads and materials
- Work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in stucco plastering
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
