Position: Purchasing Assistant H/F

Role Overview:

The Purchasing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement department by engaging in various tasks that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and oversee annual service agreements;
  • Manage general expenditure negotiations;
  • Assist project buyers and their respective categories;
  • Maintain and update purchasing information within ERP systems;
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives;
  • Adapt communication styles to suit different stakeholders;
  • Identify and select suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers;
  • Assess suppliers based on quality, cost, and volume targets;
  • Develop and refine specifications;
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines;
  • Establish procurement contracts;
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, production teams, and sales;
  • Utilize English language skills;
  • Employ digital tools effectively;

Education and Experience:

Minimum of BAC + 2 or equivalent, with a focus on preparing for Bac + 3.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from 43% to a percentage of the minimum wage, determined by the apprenticeship contract and the profile of the apprentice.
