About the Role:

Punjab Optical Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting products, services, and offers to customers.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates for customers.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on products or services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

  • Clean and organized store environment.

Work Setting:

  • Retail business.
