As a Claims Advisor with Desjardins Insurance, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and resolve home and auto insurance claims in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with other claims employees to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve home and auto insurance claims
  • Collaborate with other claims employees to ensure efficient claim processing
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims management

  • A competitive hourly wage starting at $28.14/hr, with opportunities for bilingualism bonuses and annual bonuses

Requirements:

  • Hold a licence from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
