Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication, providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the dispensary and ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medication
  • Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers on medication and health-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and medication dispensing
  • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
