We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Midori Ramen North York. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, trays, and chairs
- Train new staff members and provide guidance on customer service and food safety protocols
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
