Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Midori Ramen North York. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling payments and making change as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
