Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
