Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
