Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented professional to take on the role of Enterprise Solutions Architect. This position is ideal for individuals who are not only technically adept but also possess strong leadership and communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to driving results and fostering success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute scalable, high-performance solutions that align with organizational goals and fulfill client needs.
- Offer technical leadership and direction to development teams, ensuring the effective application of architectural principles and best practices.
- Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly with current systems and workflows.
- Engage with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and devise strategic solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and guidelines.
- Ensure that all solutions undergo rigorous testing and validation to meet performance and security benchmarks.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to assess and incorporate third-party solutions.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect, particularly with ERP systems being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and services.
- Relevant certifications in ERP technologies or frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
