Flowerstone Family Health Clinic is seeking a family physician to be part of a dynamic and progressive team. Our clinic is a family practice with a team-based care model within the Oceanside Primary Care Network. We have a collaborative environment with 4 Nurse Practitioners and a plan to add two more Nurse Practitioners and two full-time family practice GPs. Our clinic is modern, easily accessible, and located in the heart of Qualicum Beach. We offer a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful setting with access to a vast trail network for hiking and biking.
We are committed to providing excellent patient care and offer a supportive team environment. Our clinic is part of the Health Connect Registry, which helps physicians and NPs build their practice quickly and equitably. We offer a Fee-for-Service remuneration model and may be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA). This includes a Recruitment Incentive, Relocation Costs Reimbursement, Fee Premium, and Annual Flat Fee.
