Digital Design Engineering Lead

The Digital Design Engineering Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.
- Apply architectural principles to design scalable, modular, and efficient user interfaces that align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project requirements and priorities, and effectively communicate design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine design concepts.
- Assist in generating prototypes for the purposes of modeling, communicating, and demonstrating key aspects of the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design and architecture.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture within the team.
- Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to drive innovation and improve design quality.
- Work with the analytics discipline to assist in defining marketing success measurements, KPIs and other performance metrics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user-centered interfaces for complex digital products.
- Demonstrate an understanding of User Centered Design (UCD) principles, responsive design and performance data-driven design principles; assist in providing rationale and supporting data for UX recommendations.
- Plan for and conduct various user and usability tests working both internally and with external vendors.
- Has the ability to learn and understand to map out information architectures in the form of site maps, user flows and other organizational diagrams linked to user needs.
- Collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data in creating digital marketing solutions.
- Presents UI/UX concepts in an understandable, persuasive, and non-technical manner.
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
