Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment

The work is primarily conducted outdoors in various residential settings, where the supervisor will be responsible for managing site activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and activities
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff as necessary
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
