Financial Analyst

Compensation Range: $75,000 to $90,000 annually

Location: Toronto Branch

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Financial Analyst, you will evaluate financial documents, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
  • Undertake special projects involving the analysis of extensive data sets and effectively communicate your insights.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to pinpoint processes that may influence financial outcomes and develop actionable solutions.
  • Prepare and assess journal entries, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit schedules.
  • Assist with the bi-weekly payroll process.
  • Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and organizational protocols.


Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Access / SQL and Workday is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
