Job Title: Flat Roofer

Top-Line Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. is seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing flat roofing systems, including built-up roofing systems, single-ply roofing systems, and roofing tiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
  • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
  • Repair roofing systems
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
Requirements:
  • Propane in Construction Record of Training
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Fast-paced environment

  • Handling heavy loads
