Position Overview
The Restoration Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the sales activities and ensuring the successful execution of restoration projects. This position is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge through outstanding customer service while maximizing revenue and managing costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate the claims process for new assignments.
- Provide preliminary reports to insurance representatives promptly following initial inspections.
- Assess required services to mitigate client losses and prepare detailed cost estimates for each project phase.
- Coordinate emergency response teams, including cleaning and reconstruction crews, as necessary.
- Ensure timely reporting and invoicing for all assignments.
- Act as a liaison among clients, adjusters, and production teams, facilitating pre-job meetings and addressing quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate data in Restoration Manager and Xactanalysis systems to comply with insurance reporting standards.
- Communicate any change orders for client modifications or upgrades promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with other companies in the restoration and insurance sectors.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to emergency situations as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration industry is advantageous.
- Certifications such as IICRC in Water Remediation Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or Mould (AMRT) are preferred.
- Familiarity with Restoration Manager, Xactanalysis, and Xactimate is beneficial.
- Knowledge of provincial safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.
- Strong organizational and planning skills are essential.
- A valid G driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to serving the community during critical times.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
