About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Awareness and Training to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a world-class Ethics & Compliance training and communications program that reaches our 17,000+ employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy a comprehensive Ethics & Compliance training program that meets the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Lead a small team to create and implement annual Ethics & Compliance online and in-person training objectives.
- Develop and communicate key elements of Bombardier's Ethics & Compliance program and initiatives to employees.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure Ethics & Compliance plans are integrated across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with Ethics & Compliance best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in designing and deploying a communication strategy and training content.
- Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering, and kind leadership style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a bonus for PowerPoint expertise.
