About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ej Cochrane restaurant inc. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our food service team to achieve our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
