Job Title: IT Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Lead to join our Enterprise IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading IT projects and ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
