About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Assembly Specialist to join our team at Unique Machining Concepts Inc. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Installation: Fit and assemble prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Component Alignment and Installation: Move and align subassemblies and components, guaranteeing accurate placement and secure fastening.
  • Quality Control: Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Work Environment: Work in a noisy environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working space.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 32 to 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
