About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to join our Automation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects, building and maintaining project relationships, and leading Automation team members through projects.

You will work closely with the Automation Manager to support specific projects and people, creating exceptional client experiences through the completion of Control Systems and Automation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, from quoting and kick-off to invoicing and close-out
  • Ensure proper preparation and execution of scheduled work, including on-site participation as determined by the Project Manager
  • Foster a culture of safety and ensure safe work processes on all projects
  • Maintain organized digital ecosystem for each project and ensure that all job-related documentation is filed per company standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely project invoicing
  • Understand financial health of the project using company provided tools
  • Ultimate responsibility for delivering Superior Client Experiences on all projects
Requirements
  • 10+ years of industrial automation related experience
  • ~5+ years of related work experience in project management
  • ~ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Strong business acumen with relationship building skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
