About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Transportation Group in GHD Canada. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing projects from proposal to close-out, including managing teams, sub-consultants, budgets, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from proposal to close-out, including managing teams, sub-consultants, budgets, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff.
  • Take ownership for all aspects of project management, including business development, staff management, and operations management.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for relevant clients, including creating capture plans and enhancing client relationships.
  • Promote best practices and leadership in the delivery of highway, road, and bridge projects.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Ontario P.Eng. designation required (or eligible).
  • 10+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
  • Experience working with Western Ontario municipal transportation clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead professional technical staff.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D and/or InRoads are considered assets.
