Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Blue Sphere Immigration Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining accurate records and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure seamless communication.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Adobe Photoshop.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced consulting firm environment and will be required to work with minimal supervision.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
