Retail Merchandising Supervisor
Location: Various locations across Canada
Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandising Supervisor to oversee merchandising activities and ensure the effective execution of product resets and relines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing product resets and relines by accurately following planograms.
- Managing product placement, including adjusting shelf heights and ensuring proper rotation.
- Building and nurturing relationships with store management and Advantage Solutions personnel.
- Submitting timely electronic reports regarding merchandising activities and hours worked.
Are You Qualified?
- Must have reliable transportation to multiple locations.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and communication.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with planograms is a plus; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other team members.
The Retail Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that merchandising standards are met by executing product resets and maintaining shelf conditions in accordance with client expectations.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct reset activities and ensure compliance with approved schematics and planograms.
- Foster effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including timesheets and expense documentation.
Travel Requirements:
This role may require travel as part of the job functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in retail or consumer goods merchandising is preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising or sales.
Skills and Abilities:
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without supervision.
- Good judgment and respect for colleagues and clients.
- Focused on the merchandising of consumer goods across various retail locations.
Physical Requirements:
Incumbents must be capable of performing essential job functions, which may include significant physical activity, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy items.
