Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at 9513-7204 Québec Inc.

Job Summary:

The Home Health Care Worker will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Reference required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities
  • Knowledge of personal care and support techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

The Home Health Care Worker will work in clients' homes, providing care and support in a variety of settings.

Language:

The primary language of work is French.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
