Director of Product Management

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy and growth of our existing and new products at Vantage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, managing product portfolios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead product management teams to prioritize product backlog and requests, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and client teams to break down complex problems into manageable tasks and drive product development.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including product launch, maintenance, and retirement.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in retail media and/or advertising.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, Jira, or other project management software, and UX design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
