Product Management Director

Athennian Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute against the Product Roadmap.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product features, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, including market intelligence, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product management and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong commercial strategy and execution experience, including market intelligence, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a focus on revenue generation, driving product growth and profitability.
- Expertise in product marketing, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic product positioning, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
