Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in a pertinent field along with 1 to 2 years of experience in project management and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate project-related financial transactions and manage internal payroll cost distributions.
- Examine and interpret financial data and reports.
- Generate customized reports and analyses for the project management team.
- Support year-end processes and both internal and external financial disclosures.
- Handle client invoicing, bank transactions, and cash flow reconciliations.
- Recognize and report on compliance and project-related risks.
- Compile necessary documentation for audit processes.
- Postsecondary education in a relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management and financial accounting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of complete accounting processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in project budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
Candidates must be prepared to undergo a pre-access alcohol and drug screening and should be open to traveling to various job sites as necessary.
