Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive evaluations of initiatives, collaborating closely with partners to formulate evaluation strategies, and offering continuous support for data gathering and analysis.
  • Perform research to improve evaluation processes as necessary.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders, prepare thorough reports, and effectively communicate findings.
  • Assist the national health team and partners in their research and evaluation endeavors.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in public health, evaluation, statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in leading evaluations utilizing diverse methodologies.
  • Knowledge of participatory evaluation methods and caregiver support initiatives.
  • Strong methodological expertise and experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.
  • Capability to lead diverse teams and apply analytical frameworks to intricate issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  • A solid understanding and commitment to equity and anti-racism principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in health equity, community sectors, or social prescribing is desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work with occasional travel requirements.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening process is required.
  • Fluency in English is required for non-native speakers.
