  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and create visually appealing displays to drive sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
