Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Supervisor to join our team at Fragroma Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop the skills of our front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to ensure that our operations are running efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work to staff, review their progress, and provide feedback to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
